What happens to someone who was a regressive being or a person from the cabal when he/she dies? I mean when that being incarnates, the new life is gonna be like the older (same pattern and ideas), or is he/she “punished” for what he/she has done (a life when you’re a slave, disabled, or you face a horrible life and death etc) ?
